Dr. Jacqueline Davies, ND

Naturopathic Physician, Bowen Therapist

Dr. Davies is a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a Bowen Therapist.  She is a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.  During her studies, she coordinated the Women’s Health Awareness Week to advance women’s health initiatives at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and was presented with the Naturomedic.com award for her pursuits in Gestalt psychotherapy and Naturopathic Medicine.  Dr. Davies also completed advanced studies in homeopathy with Dr. Rajan Sankaran and the Bombay Group in India, and combines these new techniques with classical homeopathy.  She is an eclectic practitioner and draws on her varied skill set to tailor individualized treatment protocols for her patients.  She has experience treating patients of all ages, including infants and young children.

Prior to her naturopathic career, Dr. Davies worked in the health food industry and international translation.  She earned a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Victoria, in Environmental Studies and Hispanic Studies, and has enjoyed many years of travel experience and involvement in the performing arts.  She is excited about volunteering her time to help establish Organized Medicine Foundation, a Canadian Naturopathic medical charity, for integrated medicine in Africa (http://www.organizedmedicine.org/). 

In addition to Naturopathic Medicine and the Bowen Technique, Dr. Davies has four years of training in Gestalt Therapy and is a certified ashtanga yoga instructor.
