Our body has an amazing ability to heal itself, and is always trying to keep us in balance.  When it gets bogged down by stress, pollution, poor nutrition and energetic factors, this natural healing force gets stuck in a state of reaction, otherwise experienced as a symptom.  Naturopathic Doctors spend extra time with their patients investigating these symptoms and their patients’ health history, in order to uncover what is out of balance on a deeper level. 

Naturopathic doctors help to remove the obstacles to cure by creating an individualized lifestyle program, and stimulating the natural immunity to clear infection, inflammation and discomfort. 

As a practitioner, I work closely with my patients to create treatment protocols that are manageable and include preventative medicine.  It is important to me that my patients understand what’s happening in their body, and I encourage them to take an active role in their healthcare.

Although I treat a wide variety of conditions, my Naturopathic practice focuses on digestive conditions, hormonal health, emotional stress, and pediatrics.  I use the Bowen Technique regularly for chronic pain, injury, infertility and digestive problems.
